• All exhibits to be delivered to Secretary’s Office by 3:00pm Thursday 6 October
•Exhibitors must reside within 200 km of Leeton Post Office
• All prints must be mounted on thin cardboard or heavy paper (no mount board) with maximum extension of 2.5 cm (this is to save us damaging your photo when it is displayed)
• Exhibits may be moved to appropriate class at the discretion of the Stewards
• No photos (image area) to be larger than 30 cm x 38 cm (12” x 15”)
•No photos will be accepted under glass - this is for safety as well as protecting your precious photos
• Any exhibit that has been shown previously at Leeton Show will not be accepted
• Name and phone number to be included on back of each entry
• Judges decision will be FINAL
• Entries may be removed after 4:30pm Saturday

2. Saving Our Environment - any activity or event focusing on protecting the environment (eg Waste Collection, Recycling sites/locations, Water Saving, Clean Up Australia Day, Tidy Towns, recycling, tree plantings, National Ride to Work Day, etc)

6. All Creatures Large and Small
7. Digital - Open - digital special effects - any subject
8. Colour Print – any subject other than already mentioned
9. Black and White - any subject other than portrait

11. Group of photos with a common theme – minimum 3 images – maximum 6 images on A4 – A3 size page. Photos may be arranged in any manner and will be judged on layout and appropriateness of photos to theme.
