SECTION J: JAMS AND PRESERVES

ENTRIES CLOSE: 3pm Thursday 11th October 200607

ENTRY FEE: 75 cents

1st Prize $2.50 2nd $1 unless otherwise stated

All exhibits to be in by 3pm Thursday October 11th  2007

 

Each exhibit must be the bona fide work of the exhibitor

No award will be made if the Judge considers the exhibit is not Show quality

No exhibit to be smaller than 375 gms (No tiny jars or half filled entries please)

Closures/lids (on all items except preserved fruit and vegetables) must be easy to remove

Any signs of mould will result in disqualification from judging

No exhibit to be removed before 4pm Saturday 14th October 2006
