Membership of the Leeton Show Society offers you the following advantages, as well as enabling you to support the staging of the Leeton COUNTRY FIRST CREDIT UNION Show 2009:

Free admission to the Grounds and Grandstands on each day and night of the show for (Family) 2 Adults and 2 children under 16 If you require more children's tickets, please request same from the secretary.

Three (3) free entries into exhibiting sectiouns

Right to actively participate in the management of the Society.

All care is taken to protect the public but spectators, participants or guests are warned that there is a possibility of an accident causing injury, death, or property damage. By purchasing and or using this ticket the spectator acknowledges that entry to the showground at which the show is held has a degree of danger and the organisations, participants and other persons having any connection with the organising or conduct of the show shall have no liability, either in tort or contract, for any personal injury or loss of property, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, to the spectator except in regard to any rights that spectator may have arising under the Trade Practices Act 1974.
Arts and Crafts Pavilion

Prize money: Prize money for all sexctions except Poultry & Pigeons will be ready for collection after 11am Saturday.

Secretary's office will be open between 9am and 5pm Tuesday 6th October to Saturday 10th October 2009 : Please Note: Regulation 16

16. Such Prize Money is paid subject to any subsequent protest being lodged in
accordance with Regulation 15 above.

Prize Money not applied for by 5pm on the Saturday, if the event has been judged, of the Show will be forfeited and remain the property of the Leeton Show Society.
Exceptions are by prior arrangement with the Secretary.

Showmans Guild tickets. Blocks of tickets may be prepurchased from the secretary's office. Cards of $30 $1.00 tokens available for the low price of $25.00. These must be purchased prior to the Friday of the show. No tickets will be sold on showdays.

PARKING: There is no parking on the showground - Exhibitors only. Parking available adjacent to the Leeton Jockey Club

Removal of Exhibits: Exhibits may onlyh be removed between 4pm and 5pm on the Saturday of the Show and then only with the consent of the Chief Steward of the Pavilion. Exhibits not removed on Saturday must be picked up from the secretary's office on Sunday between 10am and 2pm. Please note no prize money will be paid out on Sunday.
