- All exhibits to be delivered to the Agricultural Pavilion by 9.00am on Friday 8th October.
- Judging will take place on Friday, using the Point Score System.
- All Fleeces to be skirted.
- The Pavilion will close at 4:00pm on Saturday and exhibits may only be removed between 4:00pm and 5:00pm.
- Permission from the Chief Steward must be obtained before removing exhibits.
