· All exhibits to be delivered to the Agricultural Pavilion by 9.00am on Friday 7th October.

· Judging will take place on Friday, using the Point Score System.

· All Fleeces to be skirted.

· The Pavilion will close at 4:00pm on Saturday and exhibits may only be removed between 4:00pm and 5:00pm.

· Permission from the Chief Steward must be obtained before removing exhibits.
