All exhibits to be staged by 8.30am on Friday 9 October 2009

Exhibits maximum size 30cm

No packet cake mix to be used except where specified in classes where particular brand packet cakes are required

Do not use ring tins

Tickets to be VISIBLE and ATTACHED FIRMLY to PLATE before delivery to Pavilion

No paper, china or glass plates

Exhibits must be staged in OVEN bag - no plastic wrap or freezer bags

No exhibit to be removed without permission of the Steward

Exhibits may be removed at 4.00pm Saturday 10th October 2009

No frost icing
