All Classes are Open except Juniors
¬ No exhibitor will be permitted to handle their exhibits once they are penned
¬ Junior exhibitors are not to exhibit the same breed as a relative exhibiting in Open classes.
¬ Junior exhibitors to be present at and participate in penning exhibits
¬ Judging will be closed to exhibitors
¬ Every care taken of bird but no responsibility incurred
¬ All exhibits to be penned not later than 9am on the morning of the Show - late birds will not be judged
¬ any bird considered by the stewards to be infested with vermin or
suffering from any disease will be removed from the pavilion by the steward - entry fee will be forfeited
¬ No bird shall be removed before 4pm on Saturday without the permission of the Chief Steward
¬ All birds must be unpenned by 6pm Saturday.
¬ Prize cards and ribbons are not to be removed prior to unpenning.
Violation of this rule will render owner liable to forfeiture of all prizes won
¬ All exhibits must be accompanied by exhibitor cards and these must be shown by the owners or agents when birds are being unpenned
¬ Members of breeding pairs cannot compete in single bird classes
¬ AC = any colour
¬ AOC = any other colour not listed for that breed
¬ AOV = any other variety not mentioned elsewhere
